For most of the season, four runs have been enough for the Hawks to win. However, it wasn’t enough to beat the Express as Kimball scored eight runs on fourteen hits off of three Eden Valley pitchers.

Kimball scored two runs in each of the third, fifth, sixth, and eighth innings. The Hawks brought the score to 4-3 in the fifth, but that would be as close as they would come. Pat Arnold went the distance on the mound for Kimball, despite three Hawks with two hits.
